While Ajyco's unlimited services offer tremendous capabilities, certain creative projects are best handled by specialists or in-house teams. To maintain productivity and uphold our commitment to exceptional quality, we do not support the following types of requests:

• Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
• Fillable or interactive PDF documents
• Complex photo manipulation
• Digital painting and game assets
• 3D/CAD projects
• File formats outside of our supported file types
• Trademarked names, brands, or quotes
• Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or anything that is against Ajyco's core values.

To submit a request, we have a streamlined process in place. We will create a dedicated project board for you on Trello, which consists of four sections: Active, Queued, In Review, and Done.

1. Active: This section displays the ongoing and active tasks. It provides a clear overview of the current projects that are being worked on.
2. Queued: In this section, you have the ability to create tasks for your design requests. Simply add the details of each task, including the design specifications and any necessary files or references.
3. In Review: Once a task is completed by our designers, it will be moved to the In Review section. Here, you can review the design, provide feedback, and make any necessary revisions. You can also add notes and updates to ensure effective communication.
4. Done: After the design meets your requirements and final revisions are made, the task will be moved to the Done section. It signifies the successful completion of the project.

By organizing your requests into these sections, we ensure a structured workflow and maintain clear communication throughout the design process. Your project board on Trello serves as a centralized hub for collaboration and updates, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

We recognize that your design needs may vary, and you may not always require a full month's worth of design work. If you find yourself with only a few design requests at the moment, our subscription pause feature offers a convenient solution.

Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Here's how it works: Let's say you sign up and utilize our service for 21 days, but then decide to pause your subscription. By doing so, the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining. These remaining days can be utilized at any time in the future, whenever you have more design requests to fulfill. This flexibility ensures that you get the most out of your subscription, using the service precisely when you need it.

No need to worry! Our commitment to your satisfaction means that we will persistently revise the design until you are completely delighted, ensuring a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
